Below is a combination of projects, academic studies and a brief outline of each area of artistic development.

Composition:
   I began composing in the 1990, my first compositions included works for guitar and piano.  With a lull in the mid 90's the most productive time for composing has been 1999 to the present... more.

Writing:
  Poetry was my first area of development in writing in the 1985, continuing to the present day. In 2004 I begun writing my second novel 'A Shade Near White'. This novel is ongoing in 2008. On this site you will also find several non-fiction articles on various metaphysical topics... more.

Visual Arts:
  I studied painting at Monash University in the 1993. I pursue photography now as my main visual outlet. I'm planning to update the photography section soon with photos from a book research trip to New York in 2005... more.

Melbourne, Australia.

Started writing music for guitar, voice and piano. Spent most of my time converting poetry into workable songs. These works were a mixture of jazz, folk and classical, 1993 - 95.
Writing mostly for solo classical guitar. These works are mostly for development, none available for public consumption, 1997 - 98.

London, UK.

Studied privately with Paul Rhys, lecturer in composition at Reading University. Finished writing a series of three works for solo classical guitar, see Shape series, 1999 - 03.

Studied privately with Alwynne Pritchard lecturer in composition at Trinity College of music London. Worked on two piano and cello works and one chamber work for strings. Click here for a list of compositions, 2004.

Poetry started in the late 80's to the present, inspired by the Haiku traditions and a variety of poets, Robert Hayden and
Hone Tuwhare to name a few, 1980 - now.

The first fiction novel I attempted was Sci-fi in 1995. The second novel began in mid 2004 called A Shade Near White, this is still under development, 2004 - now.

A non-fiction article - The Apex of Consciousness looks at the levels of consciousness leading to the presence of God or Nirvana.

There is also a short article written on the existence of God as seen through the natural and human worlds. See The Journey of the Universe, 2003.
